Smh. He's not gonna need to be looking at Itachi's eyes, or Itachi at all for any reason. What he needs to avoid is Totsuka. And guess what, Totsuka can only be used with V4 Susanoo. So Bee just needs to look at Susanoo as a whole, not at Itachi. Matter of fact behind all those layers of Susanoo I doubt Bee would even be able to make out Itachi's eyes since Susanoo is semi-transparent. So yeah, Bee just keeps an eye out for Totsuka. Nothing else.

So if he doesn't look back he's gets blitz by Totsuka, If he does look back he gets caught in genjutsu and then sealed via Totsuka. Either way Bee ends up losing.
