Doesn't matter how instant it can be. Itachi by the time using Tsukuyomi will have bad vision due to large amount of chakra wasted, and Hachibi will have broken Genjutsu. Tsukuyomi is wasted by then. Same thing with Sasuke will happen with Itachi.

Itachi casts Tsukuyomi, starts feeling pain at his eyes, Bee breaks and Lariat.

Not fast enough to hit Itachi when he was Edo tensei.

He's not on kcm naruto's speed let alone itachi. (Which happens to be virtually the same)

Let's not forget that V3 Susanoo can tank those ttb's like it did Tenpachi.

Even BM cloak Naruto can tank the same...

-Amatersu is countered by Bee cutting his tail.
-Susanoo is nuked by TBB.

Bee mid-high diff.

Amaterasu could be used ANYWHERE that's not the tail, smart one.
Also, TBB didn't even kill Suigetsu, let alone V2 Susano'o and much less anything superior than that.
