lol a sick itachi using pills to live could use: bunshins before the fight, tsukoymi , fire ball jutsu, amaterasu 4 or 5 times , put out the amaterasu flames, and used susanoo which got knocked down by kirin, brought it back up and used V4 all the way till he touched sasuke forehead. He was at his worst and was stated to be slower, this itachi is healthy he isn't gonna suffer as bad as he did against Sasuke.

Bee got caught in 3T genjutsu and needed Itachi to tell him to break out(it took a few seconds for hachibi to notice). Tsukuyomi one shots.

He used Amaterasu once on Nagato's chimera and it brought down the whole creature within seconds, despite it regrowing heads. He only needs to use Amaterasu once. There's no evidence to show Bee can cut off his tails on his own. Even if Bee somehow did, Itachi could just Amaterasu the main body. Plus, the moment Totsuka even touches Bee, the bijuu is sealed away. Itachi spammed Totsuka eight times when he cut off each of Hydra's heads. There are so many ways Itachi can win this.

I am still wondering how Tsukuyomi 1 shots when it didn't with Kakashi and Sasuke. Hachibi still breaks it. Genjutsu doesn't work on perfect jinchuuriki:

The only real threat is Amaterasu, and that can be countered by Bee using his regular trick of cutting off his tentacle, or by dodging it in V2. In full BM he managed to move a tentacle, I'm sure in V2 he can dodge it.
