All of Itachi's jutsus can be intercepted with clones, and are too slow to hit him, whereas Naruto has more than enough firepower to break through Itachi's Susano'o, what with Planetary Rasengan, Chou Oodama Rasengan, Bijuu Rasengan, and Chou Oodama Rasenshuriken to choose from. All of the above attacks can also be spammed by Naruto's clones and guided with chakra arms, making it unlikely for Itachi to dodge them.
