Zombie Duo wins imo.

Katon and Suiton get countered by Kakuzu. Shurikenjutsu... Shadow Clones would just be a waste of chakra.
Genjutsu is completely useless for obvious reasons.
For Amaterasu to be a threat, Itachi would need to focus really hard or use it multiple times. This would be suicide against these two with his stamina.
Susanoo would indeed be impossible to deal with, but all the team needs to do is survive long enough for Itachi to get consumed, which i believe they can.

With Sasori its a sure win.
