i doubt it itachi wasn't able to use the mangekyou sharingan to his own admitance with a clone despite being an uchiha.

saying kakshi can is wank.

itachi chakra is far lower than average. its the same reason why the 3rd couldnt make clones in his old age. chakra reserves are not able to do such things

kakashi needs a lot more chakra to use kamui than itachi does for his techs even while sick.

and kakashi has a 3 in charka reserves, far more than itachi. kakashi doesnt have the body of an uchia so he cant spam justu like saskue can, however he has gotten stronger since this war.
