70% leaning towards itachi depending on if he is sick or not. Kakashi's taijutsu has always been top notch being on par with MS sasuke after he fought danzo.
If itachi is his sick state he probably loses because of exhaustion

Itachi and Kakashi both got 4.5 in taijutsu in the databook. Though you are correct. Itachi's taijutsu feats against KCM Naruto and Bee are better than any of Kakashi's taijutsu feats.

Itachi is one of the most overrated characters when it comes to his shunshin speed ,reflexes and taijutsu .he has barely any impressive shunshin or reflexes speed feats .as for taijutsu ,matching KCM Naruto (who was utilizing 13 clone at the time ) in taijutsu isn't very impressive considering that KCM Naruto hasn't enough feats to judge his taijutsu skills with the new mode ,it is actually a feat for Naruto and KCM's boost that let him match itachi with sharingan not the other way around .kakashi wins if he opens the first gate .it can go either ways without it .

Kakashi has better speed feats, better taijutsu feats, better reaction feats, better physical strength feats, better endurance feats so he defeats Itachi mid diff in a CQC battle. If ninjutsu usage is allowed then Kakashi wins easily with Raikiri, Raikiri enpowered weapons, plus Rasengan usage.

Only the Kakashi fanboys are claiming he'd win in a taijutsu fight. When it is only the fanboys that say a character wins, they are almost always wrong when no one other than them agree with them.
