I think he can lose the first scenario. They are in an enclosed environment so mei will be able to use acid mist effectively. Tsunade has byakogou so she will be ok.

Did U even read the OP? Itachi has no MS = he is low Kage level at best. Tsunade, Mei and Katsuyu rapes him.

Scenario 2: Who's Tayuya? Her genjutsu was broken by Shikamaru, Kabuto using her cells is way better.
Itachi wins this one. They don't have what it takes to resist to his MS jutsus.

Itachi controls them from the start of the fight before they even move.
He then simply kills them. The area iss too small for tsunade to summon a massive katsuya and tsunade can't activate byakugou while being controlled.

So, the 2nd most powerful genjutsu user in the uchiha clan is going to get easily overpowered by tsunade's 3.5 in genjutsu? That's cool considering kurenai got genjutsu destroyed and she has 5's.
No dice. Tsunade gets controlled long enough to be killed. She isn't immune to genjutsu.

Tsunade destroys Itachi without MS.
She has the best chakra control in the manga,Katsuyu and the best medic jutsu in narutoverse.If people honstly think that Itachi wins with his Katons or his shadow clones, they are more than retarded.
