Itachi is being handicapped with just 3-tomoe for this... but I still see him beating them pretty easily. Especially since he'd watch Lee and not let him progress to many gates and he wouldn't even bother engaging in taijutsu with Neji, since he's well aware of what the Hyuuga can do, being from Konoha himself and all.

my personal choice would be
shikamaru, shino and sakura or ino

lee, shikamaru, and sakura with sakura dieing in the end would eventually take him down, or all die
