OP wouldnt(i hope) make itachi sick because it wouldnt be a fair fight. Im pretty sure this is alive healthy itachi who is more than capable of sealing fuu or burning her alive with amaterasu. Besides turning into a full bijuu will insure her deafeat has the result will be like bee and sasuke except that fuu cant escape.
