i think itachi wins since yata mirror can repel any of the main 5 elments which enel is literally made of
he is a logia but if stabbed by totsuka then he is sealed. and the amaterasu will

itachi was able to react to kirin thugh he still got injured besides enel would just get sealed.

Enel is logia and Itachi does not possess haki so he cannot pass it to his sword and cannot hit Enel. Also cannot put him in in Tsukuyomi because Enel doesn't have a chakra network. Are you starting to see why these threads are not allowed?

you idiot without haki you cant hurt him but still touch him though it has no effect. if totsuka goes through him in his electric form he gets absorbed and sealed. his strongest attack without maxim is 200,000,000 volts while a strong lightning bolt ranges in 1,000,000,000 volts which sasuke manipualted plus it still didnt get pass sleleton suanoo let alon yata mirror final susanoo.

Just because Itachi was able to react to 1 lightning attack, doesn't mean he'll be able to hold Susano'o for the entire battle... Which means no Yata Mirror... Which means he won't be able to survive an attack because:
a) Lightning moves too fast for his body to react.
b) Lightning has stunning properties which cause your muscles to involuntarily tense.

And you also post a flawed argument in regards to the Totsuka Sword. We're told it can seal living beings away... But what happens if Itachi stabs it into a rock? Or a tree? Does that then become sealed away? This would be exactly what happens if he tries to stab Enel without Haki surrounding the sword...

Enel literally turns back into Lightning, in it's pure and raw form, which means Itachi isn't stabbing a living being - He's stabbing an element... This of course assuming that his Susano'o is even fast enough to pierce Enel with the Sword.

You're not getting it... How long can Itachi maintain Susano'o for? Any idea? I'll tell you - Not long. Why? Because he has a limited Chakra Pool and there is no way he would just instantly go into Susano'o at the start of a battle - That's not his fighting style.

And even if he did have it from the start, he still actually has to hit Enel for it to be effective otherwise Enel could literally just wait it out then attack Itachi once Susano'o is gone.

itachi can protect himself by having amaterasu suuround him. and sharingan can predict movements as well. plus itachis fire techniques are good counters. and his yasaka magatamam can cause chaos.

good point but that was cuz he was weakened in his fight and used susanoo when he was ill and almost out of chakra. as you see itachi without disease and full chakra can hold his susanoo longer and even the weaker components were able like the ribcage shrugged of kirin with a little damage. if the weaker levels can hold to then he can use those which are not a chakra taxing as itachi is currently showing. and kiring controls regular lightning which by the way is stronger then most of enel's attacks.

susanoo is as hot as the sun and if manipulted to be more versatile like sasuke has shown can be defensive and maybe very concussive. its heat alone is hotter than most of enel's attacks as it is as hot as the sun where lightning is not so it could have a heat advantage.
