I think you're overestimating kirin. It's just controlling raw lightning.....that thing kakashi can cut in half before it hits the ground. Kirin<chidori<susanoo ribcage< lightning armor and hulk strength

A stage one susanoo rib cage saved itachi from a kirin and that was while he was blind and had ninja cancer, plus kirin can only be used ones and takes far too long to create.

Well they literally have the same eyes now so Itachi's genjutsu arsenal is useless now. His genjutsu without eyes would be seen through with EMS quite easily. Sasuke wins this medium diff. Itachi will worn out eventually and he won't be able to maintain Susano'o.

EMS Sasuke without PS still has V4 and legged V3. Both of which is far better since Itachi obviously can not hold Susanoo for long. Not to mention having better precognition and eyes that doesn't lose light. He wins at medium-low difficulty.

It would have been better to think through this.

Itachi can't kill Sasuke before Susano'o comes out, neither can he land a hit with Totsuka with Legged Susanoo's mobility, nor can he keep up his own Susano'o longer than Sasuke can keep up his. Even ignoring the multiple Enton variants Sasuke has that can make Itachi's life a living hell, there's just the simple fact that Sasuke outlasts him. Sasuke stomps.
