It's a shame on how easy Madara beats Itachi

Remember how Madara was treating the Gokage? It's pretty much the same thing here, but he doesn't give Itachi any compliments except him being smart that's all.

Madara low diff, Itachi pulls out susanoo, Madara pulls out PS, where he either stays at the top of its headand laugh at Itachi dying from stamina loss, or steps on him.

I was thinking of a healthy itachi using izanami on madara or totska which is unlikely

MS Itachi never gets EMS. Madara will have intel on Izanami plus I don't even think it'd work on him... It works on people who lie to themselves you know, Madara knows what he wants already and he firmly believes he's the "Savior of the world" trying to create peace. Kabuto was different. Even a healthy Itachi couldn't toy with the 5 Kage anyway. Madara one shotted EMS Sasuke who is stronger than Itachi. Madara is leagues above Itachi
