I know it is literally impossible for Minato to defeat Lord so I'll set a special defeat condition.

If Minato manages to make Lord Itachi move, he wins. Lord Itachi will not attack, he will stay on defensive. Minato has 1 hour to win, if time is up he loses.

Can Minato do the impossible and make the Lord move ?
