Before Tendo defeat Itachi with Chibaku Tensei, he will be crushed by Susanoo or hit with Amaterasu in his face. Itachi doesn't need Susanoos final form, even level Susanoo had enough power to crush Danzo with one Hand.

Itachi have powerful illusions, Amaterasu, Susanoo including Totsuka, Yatas mirror and Yasakas Magatama, but these facts are for you not important. Tendo stands in front of Itachi, throws the CT sphere in the air and crush him.

I tell you something. The Chibaku Tensei sphere consists out of energy. Amaterasu can burn everything, even a huge Katon jutsu Amaterasu could burn easily. When Tendo creates the Chibaku Tensei sphere and throws it in the air, Itachi target these sphere and burn it with Amaterasu.

I say it again, Itachi is one of the most powerful characters and is a genius in any mean. he's excellent in Nin- and Taijutsu, is a master of illusions, can use Amaterasu and has Susanoo, the perfect attack and defense, including to the ultimately weapons Totsuka and Yatas mirror.

Pardon, but that Tendo alone would be able to defeat Itachi Uchiha, is seriously ridiculous. He's on the level of Nagato. He sealed Nagato away.

K lets put your theories to the test:

Itachi tries susanoo. While he is forming a susanoo with arms, tendo has already launched chibaku tensei into the air, and itachi has never been shown to run with susanoo active.

Itachi amaterasu's tendo, tendo uses shinra tensei causing itachi to waste a massive amount of chakra while tendo uses almost none.

Tendou has the rinnegan which is the upgrade of the sharingan and has full knowledge about itachi's illusions. he will not be looking at itachi's eyes, and even if he did, only Tsukuyomi will have a chance of affecting him and even then tendou being a dead body does not feel pain.

Complete Susanoo takes too long to form and the sword can't reach tendou if the starting distance is 30 m.

Obviously if amaterasu could do this, itachi would have used it to destroy nagato's CT instead of his susanoo's long range technique.

This is not DBZ where the level of a character is everything. Deva simply has two jutsus that he can use almost instantly in which itachi has no answer for.

Chibaku Tensei isn't A problem for Itachi, because:
He can just cast Deva in a Genjutsu, before he's dragged into Chibaku Tensei, or during Chibaku Tensei's preparation time(Which takes while). A quick Genjutsu > Chibaku.

Or Itachi can just Amaterasu Deva himself, instead of Amaterasu'ing Chibaku Tensei itself. Amaterasu'ing Deva's hand, or head, would disable Chibaku tensei since Deva needs to preform the hand sign, and if Itachi Amaterasu's Deva hands, then theres NO chibaku Tensei. And Deva can't use Shinra Tensei while using Chibaku Tensei...it's either Chibaku tensei OR Shinra Tensei. Since no paths has been shown or mentioned, that deva can use 2 gravitational powers at the same time.

Or while Deva's preparing Chibaku Tensei, Itachi can just hurry and seal him with the Totsuku, considering it's speed, and range. (But itachi wud already have to have Susano'o activated probably).
