Itachi wins, Deidara won't be able to break out of Tsukiyomi.
you got it. Right my frienduhhhhh....... no he didn't. He said:
"I don't fall for the same trick twice!"
Implying that it didn't work. (Obviously).
Also he said:
"And this time I saw right through it."
Obviously he didn't fall for said genjutsu....
But itachi all the way.
That was kid Deidara who had no knowledge on Itachi. Itachi wins again but with a bit more difficulty than last time. Deidara isn't getting one shotted by genjutsu at the beginning of the fight as he did previously but I agree that he would eventually succumb to Tsukiyomi or something.Itachi already beat him with Genjutsu, and he will do it again.

Itachi mid difficulty. It is true that Deidara is a lot stronger, has full intel and a way to counter ordinary sharingan genjutsu but Itachi still wins. Deidara can't dodge amaterasu and he will most likely get owned by Tsukiyomi. Deidara could potentially beat Itachi with C4 since Itachi, unlike Sasuke, doesn't have raiton to defuse the nano bombs but Itachi's one shot jutsu (amaterasu) is faster than Deidara's. Not only that, but it was obvious that Itachi is portrayed to be at a higher level.
we dont know how far away they are from each otherIndeed that Deidara most likely have to fly away to dodge
