He has 0 on itachi. He's 100% vulnerable to his genjutsu. The fact that his eyes have a very delayed reaction to spot the genjutsu doesn't help. Then, we have the fact that he's never shown the ability to break something like paralyzing genjutsu.

Sasuke
This won't go down like in the manga lmao. For 1, sasuke won't hit itachi seeing as you said itachi's not sick. Secondly, sasuke won't make it past the amaterasu. Once he oral rebirths once, his chakra is near gone. Itachi simply hits him again. He's either forced to die by amaterasu or kill himself with oral rebirth. Itachi has no reason to give sasuke a headstart and initially miss.

not while healthy. He's canonically faster, smarter, and better at taijutsu and shuriken throwing than sasuke is. He's even better at jutsu execution. Sasuke has no chance as itachi has no reason to purposely strain his body(using all his ms moves in quick succession) just to die faster.

Any facts backing the Tsukuyomi claim up...? Or is that just your assumption?
