Itachi puts extreme pressure on danzo w/ speed, ka'ton-shurikenjutsu & efficacy
then totsuka reality-rips danzos entire left arm, after the 1st Izanagi use.
amaterasu & Shin_magatama stop baku if it even gets that far.

Itachi mid-diff. Ultimately, it comes down to Itachi learning Danzo's trick and stabbing him with the Totsuka Blade, which will seal him away, not kill him. Danzo can't undo that, I believe, and even if he can Itachi's Mangekyo jutsu are generally good enough to keep Danzo from winning. Genjutsu, in particular, comes to mind.
