itachi Vs Danzo

Sasuke used an amateur version of Tsukuyomi (purposely) and could tell so with Itachi's version it would probably win. Im going with Sasuke.

It might depend who can activate their technique faster Itachi with tsukyomi or Danzo with izanagi if he wants to escape the genjutsu. Even so I think Itachi could take out Danzo like Sasuke did but he would be likely to use his MS a lot less conserving chakra and stamina.

If Koto Amatsukami is allowed he wins. If not this goes to Itachi, though it wouldn't be easy, since Danzo can use ten minutes of Izanagi. The only open question is if Izanagi can undo mental damage like Tsukuyomi.

Danzo was shitting his pants when Itachi was allive, he started to act big when Itachi passed away. Itachi threathend Danzo to not do anything to Sasuke, Danzo obeyed.

Don't be an anti-manga fanboy of Danzo.

Danzou takes this for the same reasons he takes any fight:KA...if i recall it's agenjutsu that doesn't need eye contact and the victim isn't even aware of being in an illusion wich is key in dispelling it...so KA>Tsukuyomi period and the activation time is the same,no seals nothing

As for izanagi i discard it cause it needs hand signs and for a fact itachi won't give him the time(tsukuyomi before he finishes them)

As i said danzou takes this...in a vs thread it's all about the jutsus not how much we like or dislike a character,for instance i kinda hate danzou and much appreciate itachi but i don't let my bias cloud my judgement
