Notes: Itachi is so weak that he needs to fight a simple clone if he wants to stand a chance against Naruto.

Mindset: Itachi's bloodlusted because his brother was killed by Naruto.
Prep time: 1 Month for Itachi, no for Naruto's clone.

Naruto has 4x as much chakra as Kakashi when they are both in base. Naruto has 400x more chakra than Kakashi when influenced by Kyuubi. In SM too, I would put Naruto at around 600x more. Since Kakashi as more then Itachi, I estimate a 33% BSM Naruto would have a bit over 200x times Itachi's chakra. In other words, Itachi loses.

clones have been retconned, I don't think they split the chakra between the user's evenly ever since Naruto's clone couldn't provide obito with enough chakra to do all his dimension shifting.

however even a BM clone should wreck itachi as we've seen that they are capable of using the same flash shunshin as the original, something itachi can't track, and we've seen that BM Naruto's fuuton rasenshuriken is powerful enough to slice the juubi's tails in half, the same tails that were very damage but not destroyed by a bijuudama + tons of giant kyuubi enhanced fuutons, chakra blades and hakekushous.

Then there's the fact that the BM clone can simply make more clones if he wants to and living itachi like any MS user has stamina problems and is not going to be moving around a lot with a V4 susanoo or using lots of amaterasus.

BSM Naruto clone stomps him, as he's BM Naruto's clone with everything speed, strength, reactions, power of ninjutsu amplified by sennin mode.

The battle would be the same thing as MS Sasuke vs Ei except Naruto's plowing through the back of whatever susanoo itachi decides to use with a BM/BSM rasenshuriken.
