No matter how powerful jutsus Naruto has, it all meaningless before the Yata Mirror. On the other hand, Edo Itachi who controlled by Kabuto was able to toy with Bee and Naruto.. We know alive forms are way better, we seen how Madara blitzed SM Naruto's ass.
Alive Itachi shouldn't have any problem dealing with RM Naruto in close combat if the need arise.

I actually think something in Itachi's arsenal can take out naruto. Here me out. It's tsukiyomi. Now we all know what would happen if naruto were placed under a genjutsu that is not as powerful as KA or Infinite tsukiyomi. He would fall under temporarily and then kurama would release him from genjutsu. So let's take bee for example, it took hachibi maybe one second to release bee from genjutsu.

But with tsukiyomi, Itachi controls time, In one second kakashi fell under, he spent 3 days in genjutsu world. So within the time it takes kurama to release naruto from genjutsu, Itachi could torture naruto for days, months, years? We don't know what a prime itachi could do. This is the only scenario were itachi stands a chance.
