Itachi vs 3rd Raikage

Itachi, though in my eyes Sandaime Raikge is one the worst matchups for him. Too fast for Amaterasu, strong enough to damage at least Susanoo's ribcage and maybe even resistent enough for Totsuka no Tsurugi. If both have the intend to mercilessly kill, and Itachi doesn't manage to cast Tsukuyomi on him, he would have a pretty hard time defeating him, since he had to resort to Susanoo's strength in that case.

I like Itachi but I am certainly not a fanboy...
Anyway, this goes to Itachi in my opinion. He has more variety in what he can do and would probably be able to figure out how to beat him.
The 3rd Raikage needs to launch an attack straight at Itachi to win and Itachi will know it. Most of Itachi's attacks may not actually breaks the armour but his Susanoo would be able to get through...I think
