I'm pretty sure that would be damn near impossible.
1st Hokage defeated Uchiha Madara, I think that's already a testament to the incredible strength he wields.
Then you have the Second, who is said to have the greatest combat ability of any ninja EVER and also one of the greatest water users ever.
It would be almost impossible for Itachi to win.
The only real hope he would have is if he activated Susanoo.
Then, maybe, he could win, but it would still be a long shot.

yeah and itachi even said "madara is a shell of his former self" and itachi never made a move on madara, though madara never made a move either so theyre equal ish...

against just the 2nd-itachi definitely

the 1st only-itd be interesting....either could win.

Both...nah, itachi would lose, however he does have yatas mirror which deflects anything and everything, and the sword of totsuka...maybe if he activated susano he would win...

I wanna see izanagi if susano is that powerful...damn...
