Good luck with suggesting an entire planet doesn't have one active volcano, when it has near earth like living conditions and environment. Yet, an inhospitable moon such as Io has volcanoes.

Naruto Verse is mainly based off of Japan which has over 100 active volcanoes. For NV's size, it should at least have 5-20 active volcanoes.
