I'd say Itachi wins this. However, I would call it a mid-high diff since there are ways Ohnoiki could pull of a win and has things going for him. For starters, Ohnoiki can fly, and can do so at high speed, so he won't be an easy target. In addition, there's particle style. If Ohnoiki engulfs Itachi's susanoo with it, he's finished considering he could essentially make it an omni-directional attack that easily wipes out susanoo. Also, mobile earth core could mess Itachi's aim up, being a nuisance to amaterasu and susanoo.

Tsukyomi... you've disregarded the one thing he's known for... Genjutsu. He traps Onoki in the first second and since Onoki hasnt shown any advanced resistance again genjutsu and any particular feat to counter it. Itachi wrecks.

All Itachis Genjutsu are short ranged and 12 meters is 39 feet. I've never seen Tsukuyomi or any Genjutsu from him period executed at such a distance and their eyes need to meet for it to occur. Tsukuyomi is just like Amaterasu, Itachi still needs to amass the chakra in his left eye just as he would do for Amaterasu and that isn't instant and certainly doesn't happen over a time frame of 1 second, like really?

Are you saying Onoki not shown breaking Genjutsu = Onoki can't break Genjutsu? If you are then thats weird seeing as he already was portrayed to have lots on battle experience with Uchiha and knowledge of their eyes prowess. Doubt he'd live that long in the warring eras if all it took was a Genjutsu to beat him which according to you, he can't break. But lets assume for a second he never learned how to break Genjutsu at all. Doton Bunshins counter Itachis Genjutsu. Now what?
