even if Kabuto dies, the edos still remain there, Kabuto himself said it, I believe Itachi will kill Kabuto but madara will still be there, madara will kill tobi and take his power, because tobi is a shell of madara's mind and soul, madara will become the main villain.

I don't think Itachi will beat Kabuto. Kabuto just has to much to offer to the manga right now. I realistically expect the fight to go something like this in the manga:

Itachi confronts Kabuto, Kabuto says something like he's been waiting for this. They both use jutsus we've seen before, maybe a few low-level new ones. That manga will end. The next manga Kabuto will be holding Itachi's unconscience body with his snake-tail the way he did Anko. Then Kabuto will say something like he isn't surprised that he had to use "THAT" jutsu on Itachi. We won't get to see what he did, Kishi won't let us know that soon. Although I do expect Kabuto will lose control of edo tensei to beat Itachi. Then Kabuto will say something like "it was worth it to capture Itachi."

Again, I'm not an Itachi hater - he's actually one of my favorite characters. But right now Kabuto has a lot to offer in the manga and it's just to soon to get rid of him for good.
