[Discussion] Itachi used Kotoamatsukami on Sasuke

I think itachi do have Kotoamatsukami but he didn't master it..

No Itachi just as a haxed Tsukuyomi. Kotoamatskami is a jutsu that can only be used once every decade. (unless you have Senju DNA) I Don't Know if this also applies to Shisui's case but the jutsu is his Mangekyou Sharingan abilities.

If Itachi used kotoamatskmi on Sasuke he wouldn't have given it to Naruto. Sasuke would have been a good boy.

there is no mistranslations... he said he went as far as to use KA and he did(remember he gave it to naruto so when he fights sasuke KA would be used on sasuke to protect konoha) the problem was that he fought edo itachi and it ended up being used on itachi himself ....so yeah it's no mistranslations here.
