1. Edo is a non-factor. You even said they are 3 fodders, they get Totsuka'd. Even so, Tobirama never mastered Edo Tensei, just came up with the bases for it.
2. As much as I hate these two words in the same sentence, Itachi solos.

Tobirama mastered Edo Tensei in his own way. To use them as Kamikaze zombie bombs. He could also put FTG marks on them and use them as guided missiles kind of.

Tobirama's fought stronger genjutsu Uchiha in his day, Itachi is just a cheap rip-off compared to them.

Tobirama high diff.
He is a sensor so doesn't to look itachi in the eyes. (Tsukuyomi= eneffective)
Amaterasu (Amataresa= uneffective for limited period of time)
Susanno: I don't see what tobirama could do against him. BUT even if itachi is at full health i'm pretty sure that using amaterasu, tsukuyomi and susano will be very tiring and will mess up his eye. So If Tobirama can get his a** out of trouble by ftg i think he has this.

I don't know what utakata is that's why.
Because genjutsu doesn't work on edo tensei. (apparently)
Plus I don't think that Obito with the power he has now would really waste his time by using genjutsu. Last one: Even if he did cast a genjutsu on him, someone like minato could just "wake up" Tobirama. That is why he looks obito in the eye. Atleast those are my thoughts
