His MS techniques are much less costly. It doesn't help that Itachi's genjutsu won't work on him.

Nothing Itachi has can hurt Sasuke and vice versa, thus it will be a battle of attrition which Sasuke clearly wins.

If Sasuke's stronger than Itachi than how come Itachi had to save Sasuke the whole fight aganist Kabuto? Sasuke's just some punk ass kid who thinks he can play with the big boys.

Um maybe because Kabuto is stronger than both of them and lost to some BS move that would reck anyones shit no matter how strong they were. Itachi technically died several times during that fight and the only thing that kept him alive was the fact that he was immortal. Itachi is by no means stronger than kabuto and neither was sasuke...
