OT:Itachi takes this as he got more hype and feats than Minato though I belive that Minato superior as his fighting style mainly depends on Kunai.

Itachi did more against Sasuke and preformed a seal in the mist of it.

You only become the best, when you can reach blind spots with just 5 Kunai knives.

The point of your post? I already said Itachi should win, but that is besides the point. I only showed in terms of feats, Anko had better one than the blind spot you mention

Of course it's better since she throwed them without even looking at the direction she was throwing them, so basically it was no different as if she were throwing them with scarf in the eyes. Beating the six path shared vision is more a sign of analysis than skill. The greater feat was to discover the blind spot of the Rinnengan, not to hit the target
