Shukaku is the weakest tailed beast and Rikudou's pot is... Rikudou's pot.

When all the other Bijuu were used by Obito (Bar Shukaku), there was pretty much no difference in the display of their power. The only one who seems to be far above the rest is Kurama. Its safe to say that Shukaku is as strong as Bijuu 2-7.

Not to mention Hachibi said that their power doesn't correspond with their tails.
