- Itachi is sick, so can can use the Tsukuyomi once
- Edo tensei is restricted
- Kakashi can use the Kamui 3 times

What are you talking about? It's only Kisame, Kakuzu, and Sasuke from the Akatsuki. Furthermore Pein would loose to the sannin.
The Sannin would win here and Itachi would win here.

sasori,deidara,kakazu,hidan,kisame,konan,pain,sasuke,suigetsu,jugo vs jiraiys tsunade and orochimaru and itachi im sorry bt this is why i said its overkill and jiraiya/sanin cant beat pain

Jiraiya > everybody on that team, individually.

Orochimaru and Jiraiyas summons should be able to take Kisame in his water dome fused with samahada. (Assuming Manda and Gamabunta can swim)

Leaving, Kakuzu, MS Sasuke, and Kakashi fighting Itachi, Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and Tsunade.

Tbh, i don't see Tsunade doing very much in this fight, other then healing and replenishing chakra.

Itachi won't beat nagato and right now sasuke back when he was a "novice taka" then yeah itachi and i still dont think jiraiya can eat pain especially since hes got the paths and if you remember he had the path crush jiraiya but he put up a brilliant fight one of the best in my opinion, (pain by himself im not really sure nagato was able to hold his own against 8 tail mode naruto so i really have no clue) plus other people will assist those who are getting beat up XD

Reread the OP, Nagato isn't included in this fight. Its only Kisame, Kakuzu, MS Sasuke, and Kakashi.

eeeh my bad but kakazu is underatted and well i agree with you on tsunade but i dont agree they can take em on one by one especially sasuke now with the spammy susano'o and remember he cant go blind so its a tough set up

Lol, reread again...closer this time. Its MS Sasuke, not EMS.
And they can, Itachi > MS Sasuke, Jiraiya > Kakashi, and well Orochimaru vs Kakuzu can be a toss up, but then there is also Tsunade for help.
