Gedo can be summoned by obito because of madara< he didnt acquire him by himself.
You can only activate Gedo with jinjurikis, & who specfically help get jinjurikis Akatsuki not only Obito.

Tosuka blade can pierce any thing because it was passed down by SO6P.
that is why it can pierce anything.
Also, when he pierced Oro he sealed a summoning the size of Gedo.
Itachi is the only one that knows how that perfected tsukuyomi mainly because his Skills are i Genjutsus.
Take note that Itachi , is the only ine known of using it also , he has 2 pair of sharingan that is why its so powerful , if obito had 2 pair of sharingans then he would be compared to itachi.

& i didn't say tosuka blade hit Obito did I?

more than 5 mins mainly because sasuke fought susano'o by himself(2-3 mins).

Totsuka can't pierce everything. It's a sword of Kusanagi, and Kusanagi couldn't pierce Enma or KN4.
Nothing says that it was passed down by Rikudou. The Seven Star Sword WAS passed down by Rikudou, can that pierce everything?

Take note that Obito has both halves of Rikudou's power, Uchiha and Senju, and Itachi only has one half. If Rikudou is the ninja god and getting both halves of his power is required to get his power, then why is Itachi power powerful? Why aren't people just trying to steal his eyes instead?

You are mistaken. Sasuke used Kirin, Itachi quickly used Susanoo and it was instantly destroyed.
Itachi used Susanoo again and Sasuke released Orochimaru.
Orochimaru was sealed and Sasuke tried to attack it with his sword and throw kunais.
That's it. 5 minutes is a rough estimate.
