The Gedo is his summon, it's his ability.
Totsuka only pierced an Edo body and Orochimaru's body. It says it seals everything it pierces but, it doesn't say it can pierce everything.
Obito has Tsukuyomi himself, he wouldn't fall for that.
Itachi can barely keep up his Susano'o for 5 minutes.
Obito most likely knows about Izanami.

Gedo can be summoned by obito because of madara< he didnt acquire him by himself.
You can only activate Gedo with jinjurikis, & who specfically help get jinjurikis Akatsuki not only Obito.

Tosuka blade can pierce any thing because it was passed down by SO6P.
that is why it can pierce anything.
Also, when he pierced Oro he sealed a summoning the size of Gedo.
Itachi is the only one that knows how that perfected tsukuyomi mainly because his Skills are i Genjutsus.
Take note that Itachi , is the only ine known of using it also , he has 2 pair of sharingan that is why its so powerful , if obito had 2 pair of sharingans then he would be compared to itachi.

more than 5 mins mainly because sasuke fought susano'o by himself(2-3 mins).
Then orochimaru came out (1-2 mins).

Nagato wins. Kakashi had basic prior knowledge and got still got owned and Kakashi is no p*ssy either. It's nearly impossible for even Itachi to win vs those kind of abilities with no prior knowledge.

EDIT: Well, Itachi could use susanoo while he's getting pulled in and get a point-blank totsuka =D or maybe since rinnegan shares vision, 1 genjutsu KOs all, haha.

I will differ in opinions on the Kisame part,

why?
Kisame can survive to genjutsus, that Itachi uses on him. How? Samehada constantly flows chakra, this way waking him up with ease.
Susanoo is chakra, shark mode Kisame can eat that as food

BUT
the big part here is that Samehada is weak agaisn't fire release (seen during the fight agaisn't Bee and Naruto)

Itachi's ultimate way of defeating Kisame would be huge fire ninjutsus and Amaterasu, for sure

Itachi can't use Koto Amatsukami.
Izanami is not a jutsu designed for battle and is almost impossible to use.
Only if Itachi's opponent is as inept as the Itachi fans like to believe they are.

Totsuka is overrated. What happens when you get stabbed with a giant sword? You die. What happens when you get stabbed by Itachi's giant sword? You don't die, lol.
Yata may or may not be invincible, but it can't protect the user from everything. Captain America has an invincible shield and he isn't invincible.

Deidara: He was 9 or 10, is a long-range fighter that was boxed in by Sasori and Kisame, and had no knowledge of Itachi or the Sharingan while Itachi knew everything about Deidara.
Kisame: Owned in their conversation? Wow, that's just desperate.
