Itachi the Silent Killer

Haven't you ever wondered how Itachi was able to kill off every member of the Uchiha Clan with tsukuyomi. Think about it: how was he able to slay an entire clan with that much intelligence and strength with just his genjutsu that even Sasuke was able to break. what about the strength of the evil eye that Tobirama talked about (concerning a Uchiha's love or hate or whatever it is aligning with the person's feelings and making him or her stronger), does this mean that at the time Itachi killed them, they had no strong feelings or something to fight for. Also, how come nobody spotted Itachi killing people in the village. To me it would have been virtually impossible to waste each and every member of the Uchiha as the only way he could have done that would have been that none of the village members had not awakened the Sharingan at that time.

He didn't kill them via Tsukuyomi. Tsukuyomi doesn't kill. Only breaks the spirit.
+ He had a sword. He probably warped through dimensions via Kamui along with Obito, and killed them off with sword. Yes, silent killing.

+ Fugaku Uchiha (Itachi's father) had awakened Sharingan. The police that came to interrogate Itachi had awakened Sharingan. Most them had, but they didn't have MS.

i know tsukuyomi doesn't kill but wasn't it the main jutsu used to help him kill them. and also, obito wasn't there.

He was. Itachi admitted he couldn't take on the whole clan by himself. Tobi came to rescue and helped him to massacre, going by alias - Madara Uchiha.
