Itachi Susanoo on par with perfect susanoo?

Perfect susanoo yes the final form and strongest however

Is itachi's Susanoo in your opinion on par with it?

Itachis susanoo doesnt have legs or anything in that nature since no EMS,however

He does have Totsuka blade and yata mirror tools equipped to it,which are soloking items.

Nope that is too much for Itachi's Susanoo to handle. Itachi's Susanoo doesn't have legs so that is a major disadvantage and yeah he has Totsuka and Yata but they have nothing on the PS. The PS would use its sword slash and bam Itachi's Susanoo is gone.

Madara and Sasuke's PS can destroy mountains, or at least something as large as a mountain. Itachi's susanno fits inside a cave. There's no comparison.

Even legged susano'o beats Itachi because it lacks mobility. Totsuka will never touch PS

Looked it up. To seal anything, totsuka has to PIERCE it first. It's a variant of the sword of kusanagi that can cut almost anything. Keep in mind that PS is pretty up there and that the blade is an enchanted ephereal liquid. It has cut through metal blades. It's also based of the God's Sword and all that jazz.

Question is. Do you think Totsuka can pierce a chink or something in PS.

Itachi probably would be able to awaken his Susanoo to the Perfect Susanoo Level. It is just we don't have a chance of seeing it anymore. Maybe he always had it, but the fights he fought didn't require Perfect Susanoo.
