that was not casual it was intentional just to show how powerful it is.its just that it is bigger and powerful but without powerful weapon of one kill like totsua sword and yata mirror

perfect sussano will crush itachis sussano like a bug, the yata shield will probably block some attacks but seeing that perfect sussano is like 20 times larger and can cut 3 mountains in one swing of a sword, itachis sussano doesnt stand much of a chance, and we only saw a glimpse of its capabilities.

hey bro does it really matter how big u r, i agree size matter but not to the extent of deciding battles its just what u have in your armoury plus it was clearly shown that even perfect susano isn't invinsible as it was also crushed during the fight with the kages
