No just no. Naruto is by far stronger than itachi. He can create an army of KM clones, in a 1V1 itachi would get overwhelmed, even with his OP susanoo he doesn't stand a chance, Naruto is way faster, has way more chakra and he doesn't even need to fight itachi himself, his KM clones would be enough. BM is overkill.

Naruto wins low-mid difficulty. He is so fast that neither Kakashi nor Gai could keep up with him so I don't think Itachi could really do much except for getting a lucky tsukiyomi but that isn't happening due to Naruto's negative emotion sensing abilities.

Also Naruto's bijuu dama is very OP and would destroy Itachi's susanoo. Itachi will survive though because of the yata mirror but at least then Naruto can pull of another super fast attack to end Itachi.
