Jiraiya has no chance of dodging it in base and even in SM. Ay needed to enter V2, prep his Shunshin, and prepare himself while possessing knowledge on how it works in order to dodge it [

No, Ay got hit by Enton and dodged Amaterasu. Again, unless you believe Jiraiya has V2 Ay's speed, he's not dodging it.
