You want to know how EASY, yes easy, it is for Sasuke to beat Itachi?
One: Don't even bother mentioning intelligence, both of them are extremely smart.
Sasuke was called a genius by one of the smartest people in the manga,
Orochimaru.
Two: If both use
Susano'o, Sasuke will simply outlast him, seeing as how both of their attacks are useless until one of them stops using Susano'o, which of course would be Itachi.
Three:
Totsuka cannot pierce
Susano'o nor can it "phase through it" like alot of Itachi fans say, seeing as how it had to physically go through Orochimaru to seal him away. Genjutsu from Itachi is futile against Sasuke now.
Last: Both Itachi and Sasuke's speed have been praised multiple times, both have amazing body flicker and Sasuke is known to hold his own and usually come out on top versus fast opponents. Itachi may be a bit faster but this is non factor in this fight, considering the given specifics.

Susano'o up if he even thinks of competing with Sasuke, currently, from what we've seen from the last chapter, if Itachi attempts to fight in close combat with Sasuke, he is essentially dead.

As you can see, Sasuke is literally wielding his
Amaterasu, because of his mastery over it, just like he wielded his electricity/blade. So close combat is definitely is out of the question, one of Itachi's strong sides.
Itachi has much lower chakra reserves then Sasuke, not only that but MS is harmful to the user and sucks the life away from Itachi. Sasuke is just on par with or currently better then Itachi's Katon and Sasuke's Raiton counters his Suiton.
