Itachi murdered his clan, he killed his mother, he killed his father, and died like a noob. He was reanimated by Kabuto, he thought he had defeated Mads but he failed.

All the people Sakura healed throughout her ninja career. Sakura is now a mother, she gave birth to Sasuke's kid.

Sakura > Itachi.
