Are you trying to judge Itachi's stamina from the fight against Sasuke? If you take those glasses of hate off your eyes, you'd see Itachi let himself be hit by Sasuke's attacks to make it look like a real death, he would have dodged many attacks, he just let Sasuke attack him so he can die by his hands, at the end of the fight he hadn't lost stamina, he was rather dying of the attacks used on his body

Minato is one of the most UP characters in Naruto. Put him in a fight against Tenten, take away their ninja tools, and they are both idiot genin level taijutsu users. That is all. Shiki fujin is powerful, but from what i understand it takes awhile for the death god to prepare his body. Minato with his Kunai is fast, but that really doesn't mean much. Alot of people can take a stab from a kunai, and many wouldnt give him the chance to even throw his kunai to begin with.

In particular, some people that would wreck him

Itachi (Yes, Itachi's eyes will hit him before he removes a Kunai, and his base speed is not that damn fast, people just overrate him.)

Naruto (obvious)

Second Mizukage (Obvious, once he uses kuchiyose, it's over)

Muu (A sensor who will easily keep up with Minato)

Danzo (obvious, KA shot before anything happens)

And many other characters can beat Minato :l he was a rushed decision when the third wanted a fourth. Kakashi is on a higher level than him imo. So is Yamato.
