Itachi's wisdom at the age of 7 was on par with that of a Hokage, i doubt that any other Uchiha had this wisdom, however Uchiha members in general were smarter than standard Shinobi.

Itachi however out of ALL the Characters in Naruto has the best quotes filled with wisdom that's unmatched.
