Itachi doesn't fit in at all, and the sharingan placement is random.

What you seriously need to work on is to create a simple focal with either lightning or a blur/sharpening field. In this case you don't know what to focus on. Itachi or the..Spinning..Eye..? Also blending with the main bg, the render and the effects. It looks like there are three layers, the bg, some random flames and last Itachi render...

The sig looks just like a normal image to me mate. You should add more effects and backgrounds along with some blending.
