Calculate yourself, amount of the characters who had relevancy in sone ways are not more than 200, ninja war had 40.000 fodders. relevant characters are always above generic fodders regardless of rankings common occurence in fictional world.

200/40.000 = 1/200, which means 0.5 percent. Most named characters are well above generic fodders (Save it for the likes of Moegi, Udon and non combatant Karin), so yeah almost anyone we knew from NV can solo 99.5% of NV. Just counting the current fodders. Add past fodders and number increases.

He's right. Itachi is consistently placed in top 10 lists using only sick feats. There are really only around 10 or so people who can consistently defeat him currently and we've never seen his prime.

Yes, he can defeat fodders. But saying he defeats 99,9% of characters is stupid. Maybe 70% or something, including fodders.

Just looking at this thread you can easily tell how many itachi haters there are. It's kind of Sad how Pissed some people get about itachi... People just need to deal with the fact that itachi solos half their top 5 faves and get over it - They don't go all cry baby when it's hashirama, madara, nagato, etc. who's the topic of the conversation.

Considering the population, those guys would be in the %.1 of the ninja world. We have to consider fodders such as Ebisu or even normal unnamed fodders. In that respect and top ten fighter pretty much soloes %99 of the Narutoverse.
