Databook says that it puts them into a world of "drunken dreams". The characteristics of being drunk usually (especially in fictional portrayal) mean that they're at ease/happy somehow.

Ah, I forgot about that part honestly. But Boogaloo, I'm sure you knew what drunken meant huh? Magatsu's definition fits well but I still feel like the other two things I said are more of why Itachi didn't go the "Totsuka Blitz" route.
