Itachi way cooler than Sasuke.
Sasuke does nt have Sword of Tutsuki, Yata Mirror nd Izanami. Only his EMS gives light to his eyes.

Itachi and Sasuke's fanbase are usually on cool terms. xd

To the people arguing blaze release. What if i said both have shown the ability to extinguish this therefore i see no reason why itachi cannot extinguish sasuke's amaterasu effectively extinguishing blaze release but at the same time i see no reason why sasuke cannot control itachi's amaterasu or extinguish it.

Anyway Sasuke has surpassed alive itachi. By that i mean the itachi that cm2 sasuke faced or any other form of itachi when he was alive. Reason is because even though we cannot exactly pinpoint when he got the disease its most likely after he left konoha therefore a healthy itachi might very well be 13 year old itachi and although strong, not strong enough to defat ems sasuke.

Edo itachi would soundly beat ems sasuke though

izanami isn't working because they need to have some sort of physical contact and susanoo stops that. Sasuke is better than itachi in everything except intelligence now, he wins mid diff at most.
