Itachi and Sasuke get raped if it's really them vs whole Akatsuki except Konan and Nagato. Kisame alone can push either of them to high-difficulty, and the other Uchiha can be taken out by the rest of the group. Not sure how they're supposed to stand a chance.

I would think that the high degree of offense and defense the susanoo gives would be able withstand enough damage until they take out the first key players. Itachi and Sasuke are could easily take out Kisame and deidera with amatarasu. I think think they could finish off the other members before Nagato and Konan enter the battle

There are multiple ways to counter that, like Sasori obstructing their view with IS, Obito absorbing the flames or simply them being pressured by what's basically 10+ S-ranks and being unable to cast it.

Hardly even matters, since Nagato can solo both low difficulty since they'll be exhausted as all hell even if they somehow make it through. They may be individually stronger than every member, but that means little when they have to fight them all, not to mention that they are both inferior to Nagato. Still don't get how they stand a chance of clearing this.
