I take no credit for this but please do see. Actually I copied and pasted lol. I am too lazy to put it in my own words. But i just want people to not disgrace Itachi by saying Sasuke beat him and Tobi is surperior to him (most likely now he is thanks to rinnegan)

Itachi has been shown to possess an extremely high intellect, being able to deduce the inner workings and weaknesses of incredibly powerful techniques, even while under pressure.[27] Itachi appears to have deduced a method of defeating the Summoning: Impure World Resurrection technique altogether.[28] His intellect was such that he was able to not only orchestrate the entirety of his battle against Sasuke years in excess of its actual occurrence, but restrain himself throughout the battle in order to bring about his intended outcome.[29] He was even able to account for the possibility that his plan wouldn't go as intended by sealing his power into Sasuke and placing a special crow inside of Naruto Uzumaki in the eventuality that Sasuke turned against the village.[30] Even Tobi himself admitted that if he hadn't kept a few secrets from Itachi he'd be dead.[31] Along with this intellect, Itachi has keen analytical sense and perception. The latter of these is often seen in Itachi's planning ahead for possible events, and the course(s) of action that an individual may take and use this to plan his own actions on and off the battlefield.
It says he planned the Sasuke battle for all you people who say, Sasuke beat him blah blah BLAH. It was a plan. Than it states Tobi himself says Itachi would have killed him if he hadn't kept some secrets from him. So by stating Itachi's intellengence it proves a lot about his power as well. Everything on this website goes by the manga and even has majority of the characters databook scores on here. Itachi's being 35.5 (due to his illness his stamina was reduced as it caused him fatigue and his strength was lowered as well due to it). He might have scored a 38 flat with his stamina improving 1.5 and strength by 1.
