Mokuton, or wood release, is a very rare kekkei genkai that was made famous by the 1st hokage, Hashirama Senju. It is a combination of water chakra and earth chakra. There are 3 known users of mokuton in history. Those being Yamato (although a bit weaker than the firsts), Danzo who had the capability, and the 1st hokage who was known as the master/creator of the element. Wood release can be created from nothing, and is literally a source of life. It is most commonly represented by the "snake" handseal.

in Naruto's world Wood release that combine earth and water based chakra, Wood release techniques can be produced from anywhere, including the user's body, as the user's chakra is literally converted into a source of life and from what i know only Hashirama senju and Captain yamato who got the ability to release wood technique

Well, as you know that basics let's start.

*Never having experience in using two different chakras I begin first by gathering my doton chakra and spreading it throughout my left arm. While keeping the chakra in my left arm flowing constantly I begin to focus intensely on the suiton chakra inside of my body. Moving it into my right arm I keep the chakra flow constant in both my right and left arm as to not lose control of either elemental chakra.*

-I start begin focusing my water chakra inside my body at the same time i also focusing my water chakra then i separately transfer them in my both hands, water left and earth right-
"Good. Now, I want you to both clasp your hands together. At the same time mixing both elements into one. To do this you'll need to concentrate to evenly mix both chakra natures. Attempting to form and entirely new element. Do this until you think that you have correctly combined them."
*Keeping the chakra flow consistent in both arms I begin to move them towards each other. My hands touch and I can feel both sets of chakra moving throughout my arms. It's unstable, so concentrating on the flow I try to get each chakra to move at the same frequency. My chakra stream slows down and they begin to coincide with eachother, moving together as one instead of two separate chakras*

*i begin focusing my earth and water chakra at the same time inside my body then i gain more control of them and i channel them into my hands and then i put an immense amount in my hands and slowly my hands started to glow..* wooooaaah O.O awesome.... *i look to my both hands....*
* then i inject the two chakras towards each other by claps my hands together and i watch the chakra from my hands mixing each other... then i look infront of me and concentrate that chakra into a spot on the ground Attempting to form and entirely new element, then slowly a tiny wood rises up from beneath the ground*
how bout it sempai...? xd

* i start focusing my doton chakra and my suiton chakra at the same time then i channel it into my both hands, doton right, suiton left then when i think i gain the right amout of my both chakra i release it into the ground by slamming my hands on the ground into the earth below*
*I continue the chakra flow of the two elements and begin to space my hands apart. As this happens I know to keep the flow completely consistent, and then pushing the new chakra towards my palms i slam my two hands onto the ground*

Remember to keep your chakra as compact as possible to make the pillars that you create as strong as possible."

*I begin to focusing again my do and sui chakra inside my body then I generate them both to gain a decent amount of my sui and do chakra, when I feel they are strong enough then I begin to channel them to my both hand and mix them out by slamming them into the ground, after that I control both of the sui and do chakra to keep them as compact as possible while manipulate them to create pillar of woods in front of me*

Locking arms, I make the snake handseal, and allow my doton and suiton chakra mesh together. I continue to allow my chakra to mesh and begin to intensify the amount of each I have circulating in my system. Slowly moving my hands apart I begin to think of a pillar of wood, and making my chakra more dense I slam my hands onto the ground*
~Both of you make a jagged, and non compact pillar of wood rise from the ground~
"Well, good for your first try, but I want you to try again. But concentrate a lot more. Focus on getting the chakra as compressed as possible and maintain the shape. If you've concentrated enough on imagining it, the imagery will flow right into the jutsu. So again, focus harder, keep the image of the pillar in mind, and let it flow out of you. You both are fully capable of doing it, you just have to believe that you can do it and see yourself doing it in your mind. This entire jutsu is based on imagination. The jutsu will do any and everything that you imagine it to. You could create a hammer out of it or you could create a serpent. The possibilities are endless, you just gotta concentrate. So as I said before, make a simple pillar."

*I start focusing again my doton and suiton chakra inside my body then I generate them both to gain an amount of my suiton and doton chakra, when I feel they are strong enough then I begin to channel them to my both hand and mix them out, gain more concentrate and focus harder, I then begin to imagine a small pillar of wood inside my mind, the shape, sturdiness, contour of the pillar I keep imagining a simplify pillar while keep focusing and mixing my doton and suiton chakra and let it flow so that a pillar would created, then when I feel I gain the right shape and keep the image of the pillar in my mind, I continue slamming them into the ground, after that I control both of my suiton and doton chakra to keep them as compact as possible while manipulate them to create pillar of woods in front of me*
